Martin is the Chief Economist and Head of Transformation in GTI Capital group. He has responsibility for orchestrating organizational change and ensuring that GTI is apace with digital speed of change in contemporary business world as well as, coordinating robust plan for continuous innovation. He is the Principal Champion of the GTI HandHolding® Scheme. Martin has over 25 years’ experience working in the broad areas of investment banking, academia, and strategy-focused consulting. Martin holds a PhD in Economics of Business from the ESEADE University Institute, Argentina and a Doctorate of Business Administration from SMC University, Switzerland. He is a Professor of Practice of Business from the Euclid University; a Visiting Professor of Business at the Virtual University of Uganda and an adjunct (offshore) faculty at the Malaysian University of Technology.


Abubakar is the Co-founder and Group Managing Director of GTI Group; an Investment Banking firm, with specialities in Public Sector/Corporate Advisory, Restructuring and Finance. Pioneered the delivery of the first Private Trading Floor in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has over the last three decades contributed immensely to the growth and development of investment banking in Nigeria. The group under his leadership led various landmark transactions, some of which involved Corporate Restructuring and Recapitalization for publicly quoted companies like International Breweries (IB) Plc, Eterna Plc, Wema Bank Plc., Morison Industries Plc and “States / Sub National Accounts” among others. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he has a strong financing background, built on international relationships with a local perspective. He is value-focused and quick to see diamonds in the rough. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS), he serves on the board of Wema Bank Plc and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Plc. He is a retired Director of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and was a council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria(CIS).


Olufemi Saibu is a Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics of University of Lagos. He had B.Sc(Ed), M.Sc n PhD in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife between 1993 and 2006 and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of University of Johannesburg South Africa in 2012/2013. With his 18 years of academic work experience, he had over fifty publications and contribution to books. His research interest and focus is in Small business finance and development, entrepreneurship, innovation and financial inclusiveness, economic livelihood and sustainable development.


Mustapha, Saidi holds a PhD in Economics (with special interest in macroeconomics, finance and econometrics) from the University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He has invested eight years in economic, investment and financial trainings and researches and has single-handedly built up fixed income and FinTech research teams through investment researches and strategies, packaged products that had yielded between 18% and 23% returns to investors in equity segment of the capital market, specifically in 2017.


Teslim Shitta-Bey Holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and Statistics (University of Benin) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos and a post graduate certificate in Financial Journalism. He is currently Managing Consultant of Grant Alsthom Consulting Limited (Financial and Management Consultants). He has, in the last three decades, accumulated rich and varied experiences as a stock market/Investment analyst, Commercial and Investment banker. He has brought to Grant Alsthom his robust Investment Banking experience as well as a widely known flair for financial modelling and business forecasting. Shitta-Bey is an avid Financial Modeller and is a regular collaborator with the global financial modelling community. He is a modelling follower of Professor Simon Benninga, and is mentioned in Beninga’s book, ’Principles of Finance with Excel’.


Ogechi has over a decade experience in Life Skills, Service Culture, Team Coordination and Youth Coaching. She also has over eight years’ experience in HR, People Development, Training coordination, facilitation and organization. Ogechi’s career goal is to employ creativity and positive influence in approaching complex tasks and optimizing self-development opportunities in order to equip teams and protégés with requisite personal skills. Ogechi is skilled in Service Excellence and Culture Orientation, Life Skills and Youth Coaching, Career development, Creative Learning (Word and Lifeskills) Training Plan Execution, Public speaking and Volunteering. Ogechi holds a in Government and Public Administration and also a Masters degree from the University of Lagos in Public and International Affairs. She has been an Ambassador of and has received several awards of excellence from the Lagos Eko/World Bank project which is focused on improving learning and life outcomes in Public Secondary schools


A Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional with broad experience and expertise of successful project delivery.  Competency areas include financial planning and analysis; financial modelling and valuation; financial risk and capital management; financial and regulatory reporting; and a strong passion for financial engineering and data analytics.


A Senior Legislative Aide/Assistant Director in the House of Representatives, National Assembly with over 25 years of post-degree qualification experience. As a lawyer and researcher with good interpersonal skills (both formal and informal), recently completing a challenging multi-disciplinary research which will lead to the award of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in International Commercial Law. With speciality in Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Sustainability, he has acquired a wide range of interests during many years of legal practice in areas such as Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, Education Law, Criminal Justice and Judicial Management of Offenders, Alternative Dispute Resolution Law, Legal Reform and Legislative Function, Housing, Landlord and Tenant Law, Law, Corruption and Development Studies, International Investment Law, Employment Law, Equality Law, Sports Management, etc.


Kehinde is a finance expert with over a decade of cognate experience in Investment Banking, Financial Reporting, Tax Management and general business operations. He is endowed with exceptional ability to lead teams in Strategy Development, Policy Formulation and Implementation. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of GTI Capital. As an experienced Capital Market Operator, he has successfully anchored major ground-breaking transactions involving Corporate Restructuring, Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory Services. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.


Ade hold a B.Sc Accounting (2nd class upper) and M.Sc Finance from the University of Lagos. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK (FCMA), the Global Chartered Management Accountants (GCMA), and the Association of Certified International Investment Analysts of Switzerland (CIIA)

Ade has over 30 years industry experience in Corporate Finance and has been involved in preparing students for the examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers and CFA all focused on investment banking. He also involved in the professional examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as Chief Examiner in Strategic Financial Management, the Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers as Chief Examiner in several professional papers including Corporate Finance, Equity Valuation and Analysis, Fixed Income Valuation and Analysis, Derivative Valuation and Analysis, Portfolio Management and Commodity Futures and Trading. He is an author with several publications in Account and financial management.


Dr Erimma Gloria Orie holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Philosophy of the University of Calabar and an  LL.B (Hons) degree of the University of Lagos.  Dr  Orie was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. She was the best graduating student in her LL.M degree in Maritime and Commercial Law at the Lagos State University.


Her PhD research work is on Climate change… She teaches Environmental Law, Oil and Gas Law and Commercial Law at the National Open University of Nigeria. She is the Head of Department, Private and Property Law of the Faculty of Law of the University. Dr  Orie is a qualified Mediator and a member of several professional bodies like the Nigerian Bar Association, Body of Neutrals of the Lagos State Multi-Door Court House, Nigerian Maritime Law Association , Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria, Association of Environmental Law Lecturers from African Universities (ASSELLAU) and the World Commission  on Environmental Law (WCEL,IUCN). She has contributed chapters in several books and published several peer-reviewed articles nationally and abroad.

Dr Orie is also widely travelled and has attended numerous conferences locally and internationally as a resource person including United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) COP 20 in Peru, COP 21 in France, COP 23 in Germany, as well as  IUCN conference in Indonesia. Her hobbies include gardening and listening to Christian songs.


Felicia, is an Associate Professor of Corporate Finance in the Banking and Finance Department, College of Business and Social Sciences, and current Director, Centre for Entrepreneurial Development Studies, Covenant University, Nigeria.


She has an overriding goal to be the best at whatever she does. She graduated in 2003 from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria with a B.Sc. degree in Banking and Finance in the First Class Honours Division. She got her M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in Banking and Finance from Covenant University with the area of specialization in Corporate Finance. She has a penchant love for reading and researching with areas of research interest in Lending Behaviour of Banks, Foreign Direct Investments, Capital Structure, Institutions and Corporate Performance, Corporate Governance, Land-based Investments (LIs), Large Land-based Agricultural Investments (LLAIs) and Development Finance where she has published many scholarly articles and has presented conference/seminar papers in many countries of the world.


She has won several awards. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a State Alumnus. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and an Associate of the Nigerian Society for Financial Research (NSFR). She is also a member of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), the International Forum for Democracy and Peace (IFDP), the International Academy of African Business and Development (IAABD) and Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) among others. She has published in reputable refereed journals in and outside Africa and also serves as a reviewer for journals such as the African Development Review (ISSN 1017-6772), (African Development Bank, Wiley-Blackwell Publishers, UK), Journal of Economics and International Finance (ISSN 2006-9812), Academic Journals and Global Journal of Economics and Finance.


Emmanuel S Onoja is an Investment Consultant at GA & V Investments Limited where he is responsible for conducting economic, industry and business analysis, capital raising for firms in search of funding, building of financial models for predicting the feasibility of projects and business ventures and much more.


He has amassed over 13 years’ experience in various Finance and Investment Banking Roles in the UK and in Nigeria. He has also been involved in the raising of over USD150m for various businesses.


He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Kogi State University and an M.Sc in Economics from the University of Hull.
